Ingredients
Preparation
- Linguine 150g
- Candia Professional Topping Cream 50g
- Sugar 10g
- Virgin olive oil dried thyme 10g
- Salt SQ
- Pepper SQ
Step1
PORK STRIPS COOKING
- Heat the oil in a pan
- When hot, add the pork strips and let cook over high heat for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and season with pepper.
Step2
CREAM-THYME INFUSION
- In a saucepan, heat the strands of thyme with the Candia Professionnel Topping Cream.
- Bring to boil then take off from the heat and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
- Strain and use right away.
Step3
SERVING AND PRESENTATION
- Place pasta in the middle of the plate.
- Pour infused cream on the pasta and place the pork strips on top.
